Windows 10 intune - unable to connect at the moment

Hi

I have a device that is connected to intune but when i rebooted and tried to login I get.

'We are unable to connect at the moment'

This device was connected to intune as Windows 11 I removed the device, installed Windows 10 and connected it back to intune.

This worked and I have added it to the groups and it looked like it was working until I rebooted and now its not logging in.

Any ideas what i can do to fix this?

    If you are using multifactor authentication (MFA), it may be the reason. Please try to clear/reset the MFA for the user. Similar thread for your reference:
