Power Pivot Excel Add-in references old filenames/file versions when tables in the workbook are added to data model

I've added several tables within an Excel file to the Data Model for that same Excel file (by clicking Power Pivot>Tables>Add to Data Model). Power Pivot is using that Data Model for reporting, all within the same workbook.

When I save the file under a new name, the Data Model continues to refer to the old file version. I can't find any way to update the data source. The "Table Properties" function is grayed out for those tables within Power Pivot. Any recommendations?
