    Hi @Vinod Survase

    As this setting is controlled by user-side, currently there is no org-wide setting to control this behavior.

    Please refer to this thread: Centrally disable missed activity emails in Teams

    To enable it in Teams client, please follow these steps (the default setting is once an hour) :
