MPN program stuck on Employment Verification despite sending files multiple times

Hello,

Long story short; attempting to pass the MPN program with no avail. Sent files multiple times through the 'fix now' button located at the MPN program verification status but now am receiving this error 'Our system has indicated multiple failed attempts from your account. We are unable to proceed with your Account Verification.'.

I have sent multiple emails attaching domain info/business details in order to have it processed but am yet to receive a reply. Ticket id : 2303100040004364 and 2303210040003546. I have attached files through the 'Support' website as well as whenever I received an email from support@mail.support.microsoft.com and attached files whenever I replied.

Is there anyway someone could help with this and check on whether the MPN team is reviewing these or not?
