Unable to move VM between region

Unable to move VM between region

I'm trying to move my VM between two regions with no luck. I keep gettings this error:

Adding resource(s) to move: Failed to complete the operation.

No more details on the error

Resource conflicts: If there are resource conflicts in the destination region, such as a naming conflict, you need to resolve them before the move.

Resource limits: If you have reached the resource limits in the destination region, you need to request additional limits or delete some resources before the move.
