Created New Function App then switched to Premium and contributor has no access to monitoring

New function apps just created on March 17, 2023 and possibly all do not allow Developer access to the monitoring which is all enabled. The developer has Contributor level and as a shot in the dark added to the Monitoring Contributor which did not help. Looks like the issue is the subscription change to Premium. Is there a possible fix?

Can you please confirm if my understanding is correct your premium function has monitoring tab which is not visible to your team members who have the contributor permission? If not, then please share the screenshot which option you are referring in the function blade along with the exact permission that you have assigned to your users in azure portal.
