no puedo redescargar el authenticator

me robaron el celular donde tenia el app de authenticator, ahora quiero ingresar a mi cuenta institucional y me pide la contraseña del aplicativo, e tratado de volver a descargarlo como si fuera uno nuevo pero ya los datos estan en el sistema del authenticator, entonces pido que me ayuden a poder volver a obtener mis codigos como mi correo, ya que tambien me pide que pueda bajar de la nube pero yo no hice copia por tal motivo no puedo ingresar por ningun lado.

o en caso contrario pido por favor como puedo pedir para que me eliminen mis datos del authentificador para poder ingresar nuevamente con un nuevo dispositivo, gracias

You can restore from backup (assuming there was one) but make sure no accounts have been added to the newly install app. Then sign on with recovery account to do the restore.

Without a backup to restore from the only option is to work with each of the service provider's account recovery methods. The authenticator app is nothing more than a code generator. The two factor is turned on or off at the service provider end.
