Can someone help me unlock or enable my office 365 account again?

Hey,
I tried to sign into my office 365 account and it read, "Your account has been locked. Contact your support person to unlock it, then try again." It's been a few weeks since the incident and I still can't get in. I don't have any admin that I know would be able to unlock it and I don't want the account terminated due to a lack of inactivity.

    Where did you purchase the account?
