    Hello there,

You can try below options and see if that helps

Run the setup.exe again, repair the installation.

    Run the Setup.exe as administrator

See whether you have clearly uninstalled the previous SQL Server setup and try again.

Did you modify the registry setting earlier. If so, please revert the changes and try the installation. Eg., changing the default installation to D:, instead of C: etc.

The below thread discusses the same issue and you can try out some troubleshooting steps from this and see if that helps you to sort the Issue.

    Hi @DIMELA NEFELI ,

I can't see which file you are getting this content from. If you are not allowed to attach files, you can go under summary.txt or detail.txt, search for the 'Error' or 'fail' keyword and paste the relevant content here.

    Like this:
    User's image

You can refer to this document to see if your environment meets the requirements of the installation.

    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/sql/sql-server/install/hardware-and-software-requirements-for-installing-sql-server-2022?view=sql-server-ver16

In addition, if you find the error code is 1639, you can use the method in the link:

    https://www.sparkleflow.com/knowledge-base/msi-en/error-code-1639-error_invalid_command_line/?lang=en

    a) Click Start and the Run.
    b) In the Run box type msiexec /unreg and then ENTER.
    c) Click Start and the Run.
    d) In the Run box type msiexec /regserver and then ENTER.

    Best regards,

    Seeya
