Your phone number did not pass security checks while trying to create a Microsoft 365 E5 Developer tenant

While trying to create a new Microsoft 365 E5 Developer tenant, a error pops up while I'm trying to verify my phone number as "your phone number did not pass security checks". Tried another phone numbers but same issue. Is there any problem with creating new subscription.

If anybody can provide an immediate fix to this problem, please reply as soon as possible. Hope to hear from you soon.
