Can Microsoft Bot Framework be trained as an internal guide for policies and a cheat sheet for employees? Our company currently uses Azure and SharePoint for our intranet, and I am interested in exploring the potential of this technology for internal use. What are the key considerations for training a bot to provide policy guidance and information to employees?

@Tigran Ghukasyan Yes, you can use the custom question answering feature of Azure language service to create a KB of your company internal policy documents. There is a limitation on adding sharepoint pages with a particular format to the KB but all other standard document types are supported to be extracted and stored as KB. You should be able to use cloud sharepoint pages as a KB that are accessible through public internet. If you have content that changes frequently then you will have to update the KB or point your KB to appropriate internal links to always fetch the latest information with URL refresh feature.

One of the user had a similar query previously about adding SharePoint links, please see this thread for information.

Once a KB or project is created, trained and deployed it is ready to be published as a bot. This bot will ideally use the KB question and answer pairs to answer a user's question.
