Hi there,

We have successfully set up an AIP scanner to scan some of our on-prem data. However, we have had no luck with scanning our on-prem SharePoint 2013. The scanner log file shows "The following repositories are not accessible: https://xxx-ourdomain.com"

Our service account has full control permission of this SharePoint site.

Can anyone share any ideas or solutions that I might have missed, please?

Cheers,

Teddy

    Hello Teddy,

    Try:

Resolve issues with information protection scanner deployment

There are multiple steps to try to see if you can spot the issue with the scanner deployment.
