Hello everyone,
I tried to activate Authenticator Lite for one of our customers, but unfortunately it's not working. I followed the instructions from Microsoft. You can see them here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/authentication/how-to-mfa-authenticator-lite
Did you try it already, if you know something, please help!

When you enable Authenticator Lite in Graph Explorer, you need to consent to the Policy.ReadWrite.AuthenticationMethod permission. Otherwise you will not be able to enable it.
Please also share which error you receive when you try to enable it.
Hi, the first thing I did, was to consent the permissions. I already have the Authenticator method polcy enabled for my tenant, but there is no prompt for registration in Outlook mobile. Perhaps is too soon to activate this feature.

I enabled the Authenticator Lite in Graph Explorer with no problems. I also noticed it is visible in the GUI (Authentication methods | Policies) and that config corresponds with the Graph Explorer. I targeted the Authenticator Lite to a group of which I am a member (not nested).
I installed the latest Outlook for iOS (4.2309.4) on a second iPhone because I have the "Full" MS Authenticator installed on my default phone. But I never get the Authenticator Lite offered. I also don't see it in the settings of my Office account in Outlook for iOS.
Please help.

Yes same issue here as the above commenters. Companion app has been enabled for 48hr but no prompt on my Outlook for Android, even though it fits all the prerequisites.

Removed after misreading the above.
Today I saw an update of the Outlook for iOS app (4.2313.0) and after installing I could finally turn on and configure the Authenticator Lite.
I still have one finding. When I test the MFA prompt my "normal" MS Authenticator gets a push notification but the Authenticator Lite does not, even though push notifications are enabled.
It look like if you have 2 phones, 1 with the lite and 1 with the normal authentiactor you don't get push notifications on the phone with the lite version. Is this by design?
What I can do on the MFA screen is choose another MFA and then choose the Authenticator Lite, that is working. But not through a push-notification.
