Hello

Please i need your help on this issue.

We can't add the Inspection app to our org-wide policy for Teams.

When we search for it there it doesn't return any results.

The app is allowed and we can find it if we search in Teams globally.

There could be a few reasons why you are unable to add the Inspection app to your org-wide policy for Teams. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:

    1. Check if the app is available in your Teams app store. You mentioned that you can find it when you search in Teams globally, so it seems like it is available. However, double-check to ensure that the app is published in the app store in your region.
    2. Check if you have the required permissions to add apps to org-wide policies. You need to be a Teams administrator to add apps to org-wide policies. If you do not have the required permissions, you can ask another Teams administrator to add the app for you.
    3. Try searching for the app by its unique ID or package name. Sometimes, apps may not appear in search results by their names. You can find the app's unique ID or package name in its app details in the Teams app store and try searching for it using that information.
    4. Check if there are any restrictions in place that prevent the app from being added to org-wide policies. You may have policies or settings in place that prevent certain apps from being added to org-wide policies. Check if there are any such restrictions and modify them if necessary.

If none of the above steps resolve the issue, you can reach out to Microsoft support for further assistance.
