i go to sign into word with my school account, and it tells me to enter the code from the app or enter the numbers on the screen to my phone but nothing comes up and there is no way for me to sign in. this is urgent as it is for my schooling and i have assigments and etc. due. thanks!!!
No history here but you'll likely need the school admins to reset the account here so you can receive a new QR code to link up your device.
