Issue while booking slot for writing Exam PL-300: Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst

Hello, while in the process of booking slot for writing power BI exam, after organization discount was applied and then selected "Schedule with person VUE" then I am getting error like below from last couple of days. please help me to get rid of this problem.

"There was an issue scheduling your exam. Please try again later, or if the problem persists, contact support." see below screeshot.
