Hello Zoltan, I'm looking into this, and at the moment I can see that there are recent releases of Outlook for Mac: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/officeupdates/update-history-office-for-mac#march-21-2023 I think upgrading to a newer version of Outlook can help you fix the problem. If this works, kindly inform me.
