Deployment of OpenAI on Azure times out

I can't deploy OpenAI Service in my subscription.

I passed the gating process for the subscription. When I try to deploy the service, it times out after 2 hours.

I tried the same region three times with different browsers and also another region. Always the same result.

Technical support chat wasn't able to help me and asked me to raise this here.

the outage didn't seem to be resolved since when I tried it 7 hours after the initial response, it still didn't work. It resolved itself later that day.

It's running again, but is also running for over 10 minutes now. I tried it multiple times over a duration of 4+ hours yesterday. Can you DM me so I can send you details like the correlation ID or something like that?
