Please i need your help on this

We want to port numbers to Teams with Order ID.

The document that can be downloaded as "LOA" is not usable. The fields that should be entered are overwritten automatically.

Please is there a way to get a form that we can edit properly.

Each country or region has different descriptions, different types of phone numbers (geographic/non-geographic and service (toll/toll-free)), and rules/regulations for getting phone numbers that can be used in Microsoft Teams. You can refer to this document to select the country where you want to get your numbers. You'll find information about availability, and the downloadable PDF LOA forms you'll need for porting numbers.
