I have installed VS2019 on my laptop. Do i need to install report builder? I'm new here, pls advice...

    Hi @Jefferson

    If you have already downloaded VS, you can no longer download Report Builder. They can all be used to design reports, but Report Builder is more convenient, while Report Designer in VS is more comprehensive.

    If you want to use VS to design reports, first click Extensions->Manage Extensions in VS, then enter reporting, search for and download the Microsoft Reporting Services Project. After the download is successful, when you open VS Create Project again, you can use the template to create a report.
