Database Permissions issue on Account model

I have an MVC site with the Individual User Accounts. On most of the site we use SPROCS instead of using Entity Framework. We recently changed the user account on the connection strings to lock our databases down a bit more. I am needing to set database permissions and need to know what tables this line of code is looking at 

await SignInManager.SignInAsync(user, isPersistent:false, rememberBrowser:false);

I have already granted Select Permissions on the AspNetUsers, AspNetUserRoles, AspNetUserLogins, ASPNETUserClaims tables to no avail as it stops on that line

Line 162 is the above line of code in the controller

When I use the database account in the connection string with full permissions I have no issues. it is just using the account that limits permissions that is causing the issues.

    I looked and i did not have the SELECT Permission added to the AspNetRoles table i have added that and now it is working for the restrictricted user
