How to get cross tenant users using ms graph api??

I configured azrue ad application in source tenant and i want to use this app to get user list of target tenant.

Is it possible?

If this doesn't work, is there any other way?

Hello oops,

You will need to get the same rights to the target tenant (API read permissions) as an enterprise application or app registration.
