Problem in creating an Azure OpenAI Customized Model

Hello,

I am following this article (learn.microsoft) to use OpenAI service at Azure to create a Customized Model in order to connect the AI services to a local database for further tests, but I am not able to select any Base Model Type, since this warning message appears: "No models are available. Please check your access or try again later."

I am getting it for the last days, dont have issues wit my access and I am at the West Europe Azure region for this subscription.

I see that other people are also having the same issue for the past days.

Can you support?

Thank you!

Hi @Anonymous , Thanks for using Microsoft Q&A Platform.

Due to high demand, fine-tuning is no longer available for customers in West Europe region. And it is also noted in our documentation here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/cognitive-services/openai/concepts/models#model-summary-table-and-region-availability

East US and West Europe were previously available, but due to high demand they are currently unavailable for new customers to use for fine-tuning. Please use US South Central region for fine-tuning.

So, I would recommend you try with US South Central region for fine-tuning.

I hope this helps. Let me know if you need more clarification.

    Regards,
    Vasavi
