Co-authoring in excek not working

Some users in our company, they cannot edit when using the co-authoring in Excel? Cheers.

    Hi @BT,

    Did this problem only appear in Excel?

    Did all users use the same Office version?

    I suggest you make sure all users have the same Office version and install the latest updates.
