    Hi Julie,

    From a similar post answered by Sharon Zhao-MSFT:

    If you are the global admin or Teams admin, you can go to Microsoft Teams admin center > Meetings > Meeting policies > Content sharing > Turn off “Allow a participant to give or request control”.

    This setting is a per-user policy. You can assign this policy to individual student or large sets of users.
