My Web App isn't runing since Health Event

Question

Since the Resouce Health Event, my Appservice Plan isn't running, also, I cannot reach any blade of my Appservice Plan panel, all of them are blocked.

The message that Resource Health throw me is:

"We're sorry, your App Service plan is unavailable. An unexpected problem is preventing us from automatically recovering your App Service plan, this issue could be caused by a Service Outage."

I see that it's caused by Azure Infraestructure. is it true? How can I resolve that problem if the error is mine?

PD: I haven't deployed any change or commit from source code or Azure Devops
