What can cause Visual Studio 2022 to hang while debugging and compiling?

I have windows 11. My pc specification is: ryzen 5 5600, nvidia geforce 3070 and 32gb ram ddr4 (3200).

    What is your project type?

    Please update your VS2022 to the latest version with Visual Studio Installer.

    Besides, please check if you have anti-virus software or third-party extensions installed, please temporarily disable them.

    You can disable the installed extensions under Extensions > Manage Extensions > Installed.
