When I'm typing the full name of a person that has a family name composed by 2 names ex: Nele Van Zebe, it does not find the person. If I type just the first name (Nele) I can find the person but need to scroll in the list wich is enoying. Also if I begin with the last name I find this user directly (Van Zebe Nele -->ok).
So for all full names with 3 or more names inside i can not find them if I type the first name first. Is there a solution to this problem?
Tried to clean skype cache and made a refresh of my addressbook but no results.

It is really strange! Since you could search the person in Skype for Business client, we could ensure there is no issue in SFB Address Book.
To test it, could you try to enter this user's email address or login account address to find them
No problem to find them with the login account and email address. Indeed really strange.
