Created Azure backup subscription with domain email address, added domain to 365 now can't access old Azure subscription
I have been using Azure backup for my company's offsite backup. I created the account using my company e-mail address. There has never been an issue accessing our month-to-month subscription costs.
Back in December 2022, we moved our locally hosted mail up to Microsoft 365. Now when I log into portal.azure.com to view our billing information it appears that a new profile has been created that doesn't have the previous Azure billing information.
Our Azure subscription is still being billed to the credit card that was originally used to subscribe to the Azure service.
Anyone have any idea how to get access to the previous Azure billing profile?
