Im unable to schedule AZ-104 exam again, after it failed at payment for the first time

Question

I selected a discount and tried scheduling the exam which got failed at the time of payment. And for the next time getting the following error when trying to schedule AZ-104 exam even without selecting any discount.

Error message : In order to see if you are eligible for a discount you need to select a Certification Exam first. Microsoft Certfications
