Does Visual Studio come with Window Server 2022?

I have Windows Server installed as the OS on a VM and in the programs list I see several different Version of Microsoft Visual Studio. I have not Installed them there and not sure where they came from. Can someone confirm that this is part of Windows Server and if so could you point me to any documentation that shows all software installed with Windows Server?

Is it the Visual C++ Redistributable?
For Visual C++ Redistributable, it may be installed along with Windows as a service pack.
I didn't find the documentation clearly showing VC++ Redistributable installed with Windows Server 2022.
But you can find some examples in this documentation and Microsoft Update Catalog.
