How to use water modeling in the Microsoft Sustainability Manager application

I'm using Microsoft Sustainability Manager and have downloaded the water data model. But how do I use modeling in the application of MS. Sustainability Manager? I found this documentation at this link: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/industry/sustainability/water-data-model-intro however, it only teaches how to provision the data model and does not teach how to use water modeling in Sustainability Manager
