Why the certificate of Microsoft Office Specialist does not appear on my dashboard?

I have successfully passed the Microsoft Office Specialist exam on 27 February 2023 and received an email from Microsoft certification about earning the certificate. However, the certificate does not appear on dashboard of my existing Microsoft Learn account. In fact, the MCID stated in the email is different from my existing account. What should I do to have my certification appear on my existing account? Thank you.
