I would like to change the password complexity for our AD from office 365.

Hello everyone , I have search information about how to force users from AD to have a password complexity of my own preference. Eg if i want them to use password 16 character long and also a number and big letter and small letter. Thanks.

Hi Bogdan,

There is no possible way to change the password complexity within Office 365. However, you can ban common passwords:

It is recommended that you enforce MFA.
