Create new channel in teams bug.

I am the owner of a channel that's for a worldwide education intuitive and I wanted to create a second channel. (not including the General channel that absolutely will not be used because I can't rename it). When I try, it says: "We're having trouble creating your channel. Please try again later."

What would cause an Enterprise tool built by Microsoft to fail at letting me manage my own channel?

I just had to click it a few times, finally worked. Just a regular hick-up in MS land.

Now I'm having issues because when I share h264 videos in a conversation, it doesn't display properly. It's only available as a download and a grey box with a title. I know this isn't a licensing issue because MS has h264 support. Really it shouldn't take me all week to get a high-quality meeting video (not possible at all in MS apparently) and repost to my team.
