@Jaybee Orido Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A Platform. Thank you for reaching out & I hope you are doing well. I understand that you would like to know when the legacy SKUs of VPN Gateway will be retired. As of now, I could not find any documents / updates stating the retirement of legacy SKUs.

However, Basic Public IP SKU will be retired by 30 September 2025
Legacy SKUs use Basic IP and cannot use Standard IPs.
This means, we cannot expect Legacy SKU Gateways to work after this.
While the official announcements are not yet made, this should give you an idea of the timeline
