High Contrast Mode

I started using Office 365 a few weeks ago. Since then, all my excel sheets are black. I read forums which said to turn on high contrast, which I did, but that just turns the sheets all white, and I can not see any fill colors. How can I get the sheets to show white and the fill colors to show?

    Within Excel >File >Options >Personalise set the background and theme as required

    And in your unknown win version >Themes/Contrast
