hello, I have a rtx 3060ti gpu and a Intel i7 cpu, yet I've come across this issue. When i move ingame, the graphics becomes way less detailed compared to when i stand still. here is a link to the video of the issue. What are the rest of your computer's specs (and which i7 CPU), what monitor and display cable are you using, and what are your game settings (low, medium, high)?
