Log into work profile on authenticator on my phone

Question

To start I'll say I got a new phone about 2 weeks ago. I started a new job this week and I downloaded authenticator then logged in to my work profile and the app was working. My daughter ended up deleting authenticator off of my phone, do I reinstalled it. When I go to log into my work profile on authenticator I get to the end and it asks me to provide the code from the authenticator app that I am trying to log into. This posses a problem. How do I get the code from the app of which I am trying to sign into to get codes?

Ask your IT dept to reset your MFA authentication methods so you can log on and re-add the Authenticator app to your logon info. Doing that will allow you to logon again after you walk through it.

The work account admins will need to delete / re-add your device here so you can get a new QR code to link up the device again.
