Why don't I have the option to grant user access to my account?

I do not currently have the option to grant user access to my account. Usually the option can be found under the account settings page, but I do not see it from my dashboard, and I need to add my developer on. How do I resolve this?

I understand that you don't have the option to grant user access to your account, even though the option typically appears under your Account Settings page. To gain a better understanding of your issue, can you share a screenshot of where you typically see this option, is it in Azure AD under your user?
Any additional information or documentation that you can share would be greatly appreciated.
