I have never been able to get bing discover to work on edge as of yet. I used to get the message: "This content is blocked. Contact the site owner to fix the issue." and now I get the message: “We're sorry but we're unable to connect to the service at this time. Please try again later or refresh.” I have done what other people have suggested such as clearing browser history and cache, and turning off VPN. I am also aware Kaspersky has been creating issue, however I do not have that service.

    Hi @Ayman Ghanai ,

Have you logged into your account in Edge? If so, you can try Bing Discover in a local profile without logging into your profile. You can also try Edge Dev or Canary to test this problem.

As to third-party software like Kaspersky, you can check whether you have such software which is blocking the Bing service.
