Kundenteam kann als Gast nicht mehr beigetreten werden --- Can no longer join a customer team as a guest

Hallo zusammen!

Ich habe seit kurzem das Problem, dass ich mich nicht mehr in dem Kundenteam-Channel einloggen kann, in den ich als Gast hinzugefügt wurde. Verschiedene Browser, Cookies löschen, Account löschen + erneut erstellen, aus dem Team entfernen + erneut hinzufügen und Inkognitofenster wurden bereits getestet, jedoch ohne Erfolg.

Der Kundenteam-Channel wird mir in Teams oben rechts in der Auswahl angezeigt, sobald ich diesen auswähle, lädt die Seite sehr lange und mehrmals, dann werde ich zurück auf die Ursprungsseite zurückgeleitet. Während dem Laden wird im Teams Tab "Initialisierung" und daraufhin "Fehler aufgetreten" angezeigt.

Habt Ihr eine Vermutung, woran das Problem liegen könnte und wie man es löst?

Hi everyone!

I have recently started having the problem that I can no longer log into the customer team channel I was added to as a guest. Various browsers, clear cookies, delete + recreate account, remove from team + add again and incognito windows have already been tested but to no avail.

The customer team channel is shown to me in Teams in the top right selection, once I select it the page loads for a very long time and several times, then I am redirected back to the original page. While loading, the Teams tab shows "Initialization" and then "Error occurred".

Do you have a guess what the problem could be and how to solve it?

    Do other guests in the organization have the same issue?

    Will your administrator remove you from the organization?

    If your administrator doesn't do anything else, you can't access the organization you're a member of. Please contact your administrator to run the following tests to verify that guest access is correctly configured for use in Microsoft Teams.

    1.    Select Run Tests below to populate the diagnostic in the Microsoft 365 admin center.

    Run Tests: Teams Guest Access

    2.    The test result will tell you if the tenant is configured correctly for Guest Access. If the tenant isn't configured correctly, the diagnostic will provide information on what steps to take to address issues with tenant or policy configurations.
