How to get and update on a support ticket

Please help me get an update or call back regarding an issue I logged last week. it’s relate to a Microsoft 365 Business account. Ticket ID: 35870842 since my issue is that I cannot access the global admin account the only way I can contact Microsoft is by phone. However I have been on hold for over 10 hours across 4 different phone call attempts and cannot get though. please help me @Microsoft
