Are you logging in Teams via the default installed version of Teams (Teams for home or small business)?
How to distinguish (refer to the How do I know which version of Teams I'm using? part): Use Teams for work or school in Windows 11
I would also recommend logging via Teams on the web and see if it can help with this issue.
