Outlook is very slow to open. After double clicking, the process has already appeared, but it takes one minute to pop up the open interface, and it also takes another minute to fully open. Outlook is an office professional plus2019, with system versions of windows10 20H2 and 22H2. The problem also arises in a purely internal network environment, and there is no such issue with those that can connect to external networks. Our system is a clone version, but the same system environment (clone system) and pure intranet environment only partially appear. It was also found that during the uninstallation of Office Professional plus2019, there was a problem where the card could not be uninstalled in the first step. However, disabling the network (pure internal network) allowed for normal uninstallation, while the external network environment allowed for normal uninstallation.
