All my companies 365 Word, seems to freeze and lock up for a few minutes after right clicking on the document. I have run all updates on the OS and Office, I have run in safe mode, I have scanned for viruses, I have disabled add ons, I have ran repair (quick and full), I have reset the app. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled. My personal license on my laptop works fine, so it is not Word in general, and like I said, it is happening with all Word programs in the office that run the Office Apps. I really did not want to have to rollback and user older versions if I can avoid it. Are there any other suggestions? Or do you know if there are any patches in development to fix this issue? Thank you
