Where is a certificate associated with a Service Principal stored in Azure?

Hello We are using certificates with Service Principals, for authentication. Where is the location used to store those certs? We can see the certs with CLI but I'm interested on tracking these certs and figure when they expire. Let me know. Thanks, -Stephane
