Screen share button missing in VM Horizon VDI

Our company been using Teams on Horizon View VDI for years and never an issue, however, recently, some of the user no longer have Screen Share button in the Teams app (not web). Tried uninstall/ reinstall Teams, clearing Teams cache. Issue remains. Strangely, if user logs on another However, have affected user log into a different VDI, Screen Share button is available. Then test logging into the affected user's VDI as myself, Screen Share is also available. This indicates that the issue is not user or machine related. What could be causing this?

    Can problematic users sign into Teams web client work with screen sharing?

    Are you switching tenants quickly? Switching tenant accounts quickly leads to call-related issues, such as screen sharing not being available. This is a known issue and in general, restarting the client will mitigate these issues.

    Also, download the latest version of VMware Horizon from the VMware download page to see if that works.
