I have passed AZ-900 exam but I didn't received any badge or certificate yet on my Microsoft learn profile under certifications

I passed the AZ-900 certification exam, on Thursday, April 13th, but I didn't receive any badge or certificate yet on my Microsoft Learn profile under certifications. Please respond as soon as possible and help me resolve my issue asap since it is a priority for me.
