Exporting SharePoint Subsites in Purview

Does anyone know if there a way to search and export just a SharePoint sub site in MS Purview eDiscovery centre? I can select a sub site URL in the options of SharePoint sites, but the search brings back results of the root site, not the subsite. Thanks Nigel.
